A postdoctoral position of 2 years is available in the laboratory INSERM UMR-S 1250 – University of Reims Champagne-Ardenne (URCA).
The successful candidate will work on a project (Research program and interventions to reduce and fight against tobacco consumption) funded by the Research Institute in Public Health (Institut de Recherche en Santé Publique, IReSP) and the French National National Cancer Institute (Institut National du Cancer, INCa): “Physiopathologic implication of human nicotinic receptor polymorphism to Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease and their exacerbations”.
Requirements:
- Highly motivated candidates with interests in pathogenesis, cellular plasticity, and genetics.
- Candidates having a good working knowledge in human primary cell cultures, molecular biology (PCR and WB), microscopy and image analysis, and bioinformatics analysis will be highly considered (but not required).
