Résumé
Laparoscopic transperitoneal lymphadenectomy has a few advantages. First, it is a minimally invasive approach, and transperitoneal approach is also the best option when an intra abdominal surgery is indicated. Although the procedure was described more than two decades ago, there is a lack of diffusion of the technique. The main objective of this video is standardization and a simple description of the technique. We described this procedure in 10 logical steps which should help to understand and perform this procedure.
