Résumé
An 82-year-old man presented with Broca's aphasia and a left frontal lobe lesion was identified on magnetic resonance imaging. A primary central nervous system non Hodgkin lymphoma was the leading diagnosis and a brain biopsy followed. The trocar was rinsed with a saline solution in order to optimize the separation and suspension of cells on the instrument's surface, as well as maximize sensitivity of the biopsy.
