Résumé

Meta-analysis of 10 randomized prospective trials demonstrated a higher risk of postoperative bleeding from pancreaticogastrostomy (PG) compared with pancreatojejunostomy following pancreatoduodenectomy (PD). This study evaluated the incidence, risk factors, and treatment of anastomotic bleeding from invaginated PG.
