Résumé
The Nancy score is a luminal Crohn's disease [CD] activity index applied in diffusion-weighted magnetic resonance imaging [DW-MRI]. We assessed the accuracy of the Nancy score in detecting mucosal healing and treatment response, and in predicting surgery.
