Résumé

Many patients with ruptured intracranial aneurysms (RIAs) underrepresented or excluded from previous randomized controlled trials (RCTs) comparing surgery with endovascular treatment (EVT) are still considered for surgical clipping, but the best management of these patients remains unknown.
