Thématique de recherche :

Nous développons des outils de bioconjugaison qui permettent la modification site-spécifique de biomolécules (anticorps, fragments d’anticorps, peptides..).

Ces outils sont mis à profit pour greffer sur des biovecteurs :

des chélateurs de radiométaux, pour la conception de radiopharmaceutiques pour l’imagerie nucléaire et la radiothérapie interne vectorisée,
des sondes fluorescentes pour l'assistance à la chirurgie par imagerie de fluorescence,
des cytotoxiques pour la conception d’antibody-drug conjugates.
