N-Aminodipeptide derivatives can be easily prepared with high optical purity on solid phase via a Mitsunobu protocol between a solid supported alpha-hydroxyacid and a free plithaloylated alpha-Z-N-aminohydrazide. (c) 2007 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
