In the title compound, C28H32N6O6.2C(2)H(6)OS, the host molecules are linked by N-H...N hydrogen bonds at both of the terminal amide groups, forming zigzag chains along the [011] direction. Two dimethyl sulfoxide molecules are connected to a host molecule by N-H...O hydrogen bonds.
