Résumé
Granulomatosis with polyangeitis or Wegener's disease is a necrotizing vasculitis of small and medium vessels associated with antineutrophil cytoplasmic autoantibodies (ANCA). The most frequent sites are lung, ear, nose and throat and kidney.
