The impacts of partial laryngectomy on sleep-disordered breathing were rarely investigated and reported in a limited number of patients. The aim of this study was to assess the prevalence of obstructive sleep apnea-hypopnea syndrome (OSAHS) in patients with partial laryngectomy.
