Résumé

The mitochondrial function of circulating peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) is an interesting new approach to cardiac diseases. Thus, PBMC's mitochondrial respiration decreases in relation to heart failure severity. However, no data are available on heart-transplanted patients (Htx).
