Immune tumor microenvironment (iTME) determines ovarian cancer development. This study investigates changes in HLA-I expression, CD8+/Foxp3 ratio, CD8+ cells and coregulators density at diagnosis and upon neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT), correlating changes with clinical outcomes.
